Our Promise to You

At Wavesetter, we craft every product with purpose, durability, and detail. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.


Warranty Coverage

Duration: 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Loose seams, faulty closures, or defective construction

Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

  • Sun fading or exposure over time

  • Accidental damage (e.g., crushed or water-damaged hats)

How to Start a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email us at wavesetterworldwide@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

  2. We’ll review and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund and guide you through the return process.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags and accessories must be intact

Return Options:

  • Exchange for another size, style, or color

  • Refund to the original payment method

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at wavesetterworldwide@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your request

Processing Times:

  • Refunds: 5–7 business days after return receipt

  • Exchanges: 2–3 business days to process and ship the new item

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We currently offer returns and exchanges on U.S. orders only
